Naoki Otomo Bleach OC (WIP)

So you all probably know my old Bleach OC Naoki Otomo! Well I decided to redesign him completely and give him a more mature look! Also I will redo his informations and hope that I can turn him alive again whoop~!  His Vice is going to be Sanae, the OC of CottonCandy-Tan
